The ANA 24 hour cancellation policy is valid for tickets issued in the U.S. and Canada.
According to the ANA 24-hour cancellation policy, passengers can cancel their flight booking within 24 hours from the purchase time without any ANA Airlines cancellation fee. This policy is applicable to all fare rules, fare types, and classes of service, but does not apply to reward tickets and group fares.
If canceled within 24 hours and the flight booking was made at least 7 days before departure, 100% refund is applicable. The refund is processed within 20 business days from the cancellation request date.
