You can check in to your ANA flight using multiple options - you can use the mobile app, visit the official website, or check in at the airport. Make sure you have your booking confirmation number handy when checking in.

If your flight is scheduled to depart 24 hours before your scheduled departure time, you can do an ANA web Check wherever you are from 24 hours up to 75 minutes before departure.

    • TSA Precheck® allows expedited airport security screening, including dedicated lanes and streamlined processes.
    • Legal U.S. residents may need to provide their Green Card number, Alien (Registration) Number, or USCIS#.

ANA Check in policy - Visa Requirements

Visa requirements vary by destination. Some countries do not require visas, or they may only apply to specific passengers. To determine if a visa is needed for your destination, consult ANA's Airport and City Guides. When entering your visa number, ensure it consists of 8 digits; if it is shorter, add zeros (0) as required.

Passengers Who May Not Be Able to Check in Online

Certain passengers should either check in online 24 to 75 hours before their international flight or visit a check-in counter on the departure date if:

  • A visa is required for their journey to the USA.
