You can check in to your JetBlue flight using multiple options - you can use the mobile app, visit the official website, or check-in at the airport. Make sure you have your booking confirmation number handy when checking in.
You can check in through the mobile app or web checkin 24 hours before your scheduled departure time and up to 40 minutes for domestic and 90 minutes for international flights before your flight departs.

- Enter the passenger's first and last name along with the JetBlue confirmation code to access your flight information

Airport Kiosk
Access the JetBlue Airlines self-service kiosk at the Airport by entering your confirmation code, passport, credit card, TrueBlue number, or barcode. The kiosk allows you to check in for your flight, print your boarding pass, add checked bags, change your seat, and complete service requests.
- Bags are not permitted more than 6 hours before the departure of flight ( or 4 hours for flights departing from San Juan, Puerto Rico)
- You can reprint your boarding pass(es) using the kiosk's reprint option if you were not able to print your boarding pass
Use the airport kiosk to complete your jetblue flight check-in following these steps:
- Indicate that you will be checking bags by selecting 'Yes'
- Enter the number of bags you will be checking
- Collect your boarding pass(es)
- Proceed to the bag drop area to leave your bags, where a bag tag will be issued to you

Domestic check-in cutoff times
- For domestic flights, it is recommended to arrive at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled departure time at the Airport
- If you're traveling with a checked bag, it is recommended to get your bag checked at the kiosks/bag drop at least 40 minutes before your scheduled departure time
- If you're traveling without a checked bag and need a boarding pass, it is recommended to arrive at the kiosks at least 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time
- You must be at the boarding gate 15 minutes prior to departure
International check-in cutoff times
- For international flights, it is recommended to arrive at least 3 hours prior to your scheduled departure time at the Airport
- If you're traveling with a checked bag, it is recommended to get your bag checked at the kiosks/bag drop at least 60 minutes before your scheduled departure time
- If you're traveling without a checked bag and need a boarding pass, it is recommended to arrive at the kiosks at least 60 minutes before your scheduled departure time
- You must be at the boarding gate 20 minutes prior to departure
Important Note:
- International flight customers must check in at least 60 minutes before departure and during Customs hours of operation, or they may not be allowed to board
- JetBlue is not responsible for any expenses resulting from a customer's denied boarding or late arrival
- Some countries require Proof of Return/Onward travel, which must be shown at the departure airport ticket counter
- Customers traveling to or from Cuba must check in at the JetBlue ticket counter only
JetBlue Flight Check-in - Add the Extras
You can add extras to your reservation in advance, such as discounted bags, pets, wheelchairs, seat changes, and priority security.
- Visit www.jetblue.com and navigate to the 'Manage Trips' tab
- Enter your reservation details to access your flight information
- Use the 'Seats' link to assign or upgrade your seats. Explore the regulations for seat selection and upgrades on your JetBlue booking,
- Use the 'Bags & Extras' link to add checked bags and pets to your reservation.
- Use the 'Traveler Details' link to add wheelchairs, travel documents, phone numbers, TSA PreCheck Known Traveler Numbers, and service requests
